The AMD Ryzen 3 1300X is from the first generation of Zen architecture. The processor support 4 CPU cores and 4 processing threads which can easily handle your day-to-day work - but when it comes to hardcore gaming, we don't recommend choosing this CPU.
The CPU has a base clock speed of 3.5 GHz which you can turbo boost up to 3.7 GHz and it comes with XFR (Extended Frequency Range) which automatically boosts the performance of your CPU. It supports 8 MB of L3 cache and comes bundled with an AMDs wraith prism cooler - but a discrete graphics card is required.
